R IS FOR ROBOT
My grandmother doesn’t like robots.
She says they will take everybody’s jobs.
She says robot cars will bang into each other.
She says she hates talking to robots on the phone.
She says she doesn’t want her wardrobe telling her what to wear.
But they look great in films.
I’m really looking forward to them.
Which is just as well.
Because I think they are already here.
In hiding.
Only she hasn’t noticed.
